Autumn has just officially come and we are settled into winter a week after.

ANZAC Day was nice, sunny in Sydney though was a bit windy. People gathered together on George Street for the yearly Parade. Everything just went smoothly.

After the break, people go back to work like usual. We were standing in crowds welcome this year’s winter. Another Monday and another task. Piles of work are also there welcoming us. Well even it’s in cold blustery winter, we cannot start getting lazy right?

I don’t suggest you to go for a walk in the wind downstairs, nor do I recommend gymnastics or outdoor sports. Look around in your office and get one stress ball. I’m sure you have promotional stress balls somewhere in the office. Just grab any one in any shape, squeeze it using your left hand (if you use your right to move computer mouse) whilst browsing your computer/internet. This will help release your arm to shoulder stress and is also an exercise for your muscle.

No matter how old you are. If you think you are too old and refuse your children when they invite you to play beach ball or Frisbee with them, please don’t do so for the next time- because you are never too old for a toy.

Thinking about toys you may also find that many of the stress balls or Frisbees you have at home are branded with company names. Get it from a trade show? an expo?
